Mod paks® offer an inexpensive alternative to expensive injection
molds. The MP Series of Mod pak® batteries is designed to permit
fabrication of many different batteries in a rigid housing, providing,
good insulation, appearence, flexibility and packaging at minimum cost.
Each cell is housed in its own pocket, completely insulated from
adjoining cells and the ventilated case allows convected air currents
to flow vertically and horizontally over the cells to promote longer
life. Mod pak® batteries are standard in 6, 12, 24, and 28.8 volt
configurations, and are available with wire leads or thumb nut screw
terminals. Other configurations, voltages, and terminations are
available on special request. AVEX application engineering is available
for your assistance.

General Information
|
- Voltages and configurations other than standards are available. Voltages are 1.2 volt increments.
- Screw terminals are standard from stock. If wire leads are required please specify when ordering.
- The Addition of a T for terminals or W for wire leads are required please specify when ordering.
Example:MP402-T is a 12V 1.4Ah, with screw terminals.
MP402-W is a 12V 1.4Ah, with wire leads.
- Wire leads are colored coded black for negative, red for positive.
- Standard wire lead sizes are 18 AWG, stranded, 12 inch(304.88mm).
- Thumb-Nut have(+,-) polarity markings next to each terminal.
- When ordering screw terminals add .406 inches(10.31mm) to total height.
